A bike fit is the difference between riding and enduring. Most riders lose power and comfort not because of their engine, but because their contact points are wrong by a few millimeters. We fix that.
Every fit at GRIT is a full 90-minute session, one-on-one with your mechanic — not a fifteen-minute saddle-height check.
We fit road, gravel, mountain, triathlon and e-bikes — whether or not you bought the bike from us.

$150 at GRIT Bike Lab, including the full 90-minute session and a written fit sheet you keep.
90 minutes. We book one rider at a time, so the session is never cut short.
If anything hurts after an hour of riding, if you just bought a new bike, or if you've never had one — yes. Riders who've never been fitted are almost always leaving both comfort and power on the table.
Yes. We fit any bike, any brand, bought anywhere.
Your bike, your cycling shoes — all of the pairs you ride in — and your actual riding kit. Shorts and jersey, not gym clothes: the chamois changes your saddle position.
Yes. Aero positions use the full 90 minutes and often benefit from a follow-up once your body adapts to the position.
We'll tell you during the free diagnostic. A fit on a bike with a worn drivetrain or a seized seatpost is wasted money — we fix it first, then fit it.
We're at Weston Town Center, 15 to 25 minutes from Davie, Sunrise, Southwest Ranches, Cooper City and Pembroke Pines.
90 minutes, one rider at a time, and a written fit sheet you keep.
