The diagnostic is free and the price is confirmed with you before we touch the bike — no surprises at pickup. Ask us in the shop, on WhatsApp, or when you book.
Prices are labor. Parts are quoted separately and you approve them before anything gets replaced.

What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 10am–7pm, Saturday 9am–5pm. Closed Sunday.
How much does a bike tune-up cost?
The diagnostic is always free and we confirm the exact price with you before anything gets touched. Ask us when you book, in the shop or on WhatsApp and we will tell you straight away — no surprises at pickup.
How much is a bike fit?
It is a flat price for the full 90-minute session, including the written fit sheet you keep. We confirm it when you book.
How long does service take?
A tune-up is same-day when you book ahead. A full overhaul takes 2 to 3 days.
Do I need an appointment?
It's better — booked bikes come first. Walk-ins are welcome for flats and quick adjustments.
Do you service bikes bought somewhere else?
Yes, always. Any brand, bought anywhere, including online. We also build online-bought bikes from the box, assembled, adjusted and safety-checked.
What brands do you service?
All of them — Trek, Specialized, Canyon, Giant, Cervélo, Pinarello, BMC, Cannondale, Scott and everything else. Road, gravel, mountain, triathlon and e-bikes.
What brands do you sell?
We're an authorized dealer for ENVE Composites, Argon 18, Ventum, Scicon and Momentous. Our online store carries apparel, components and accessories.
Do you pick up and deliver bikes?
Yes. We collect the bike at your door, service it and bring it back ready to ride. Message us on WhatsApp with your address for a quote.
Is the estimate free?
Yes. The diagnostic and written estimate cost nothing, and we don't start work until you approve the price.
Do you work on e-bikes?
Yes for mechanical work — brakes, drivetrain, wheels, bearings and cables. Motor and battery diagnostics depend on the system, so ask us about yours.
What payment methods do you take?
Cash, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept financing with Synchrony, Afterpay and Affirm. See gritbikelab.com/financing.
What is Club GRIT?
Our membership — $49 a month or $490 a year. It includes two free tune-ups a year after your first six months, 10% off accessories, apparel and bikes, priority scheduling, cowork space at the shop, group rides and perks from our brand partners.
Can I buy online?
Yes, at gritbikelab.com/tienda. Store stock and online stock are the same inventory, so what you see online is what's on the floor.
Do you serve Davie, Sunrise, Southwest Ranches or Pembroke Pines?
Yes. We're 15 to 25 minutes from most of west Broward, and pickup and delivery covers the surrounding area.
