Bike tune-up in Weston

Your bike doesn't need a tune-up when it breaks. It needs one before it does. Shifting that hesitates, brakes that pull long, a drivetrain that sounds dry — that's a bike telling you it's overdue.

Tune-Up — $85

The service most bikes need two to three times a year. Same day when you book ahead.

Best for: a bike that's running, but not running right.

Full Overhaul — $200

Complete tear-down and rebuild. Everything in the tune-up, plus the work that only happens with the bike in pieces.

Best for: a bike ridden hard for a season, stored for a year, bought used, or about to start a training block. More on the overhaul →

How it works

  1. Free diagnostic first. Bring the bike in or book 30 minutes. We tell you what it actually needs — not what's most expensive.
  2. You approve the price before we touch anything. If we find something mid-service that changes the number, we call you first. Always.
  3. We service it. Same day for a tune-up, 2 to 3 days for an overhaul.
  4. You get it back ready to ride. Road-tested before it leaves the shop.

Every brand, bought anywhere

We service road, gravel, mountain, triathlon and e-bikes — Trek, Specialized, Canyon, Giant, Cervélo, Pinarello, BMC, Cannondale, Scott and everything else. We don't care where you bought it. Bikes bought online are welcome, and so are the ones from the shop down the street.

We're an authorized dealer for ENVE Composites, Argon 18, Ventum and Scicon, so high-end components are what we work on daily.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a bike tune-up cost in Weston?

A tune-up is $85 at GRIT Bike Lab. A full overhaul is $200. The diagnostic is always free, so you know the price before anything gets touched.

How long does a bike tune-up take?

Same day, when you book ahead. A full overhaul takes 2 to 3 days because bearings and cables need proper time.

How often should I get a tune-up?

Two to three times a year if you ride regularly. Once a year if you ride occasionally. Always after long storage, before a race, and after riding in heavy rain or salt air.

Do I need an appointment?

It's better. We're a service-first shop and booked bikes come first. Walk-ins are welcome for flats and quick adjustments.

Will you service a bike I bought online?

Yes. We also do a full unbox-and-build for online-bought bikes for $250, including assembly, adjustment and a complete safety check.

What's the difference between a tune-up and an overhaul?

A tune-up adjusts what's already on the bike: brakes, gears, lube, safety check. An overhaul takes the bike apart, cleans and services the bearings, replaces the cables and rebuilds it.

If your bike has never had an overhaul, or it's been more than two years, that's the one it needs.

What brands do you service?

All of them. Trek, Specialized, Canyon, Giant, Cervélo, Pinarello, BMC, Cannondale, Scott and anything else that rolls. Road, gravel, mountain, triathlon and e-bikes.

Do you offer bike repair near Davie, Sunrise or Southwest Ranches?

We're at Weston Town Center, 15 to 25 minutes from most of west Broward, and we offer door-to-door pickup and delivery.
