Tune-Up
The service most bikes need two to three times a year.
- Brake adjustment and pad wear check
- Front and rear derailleur calibration
- Drivetrain degrease and lube
- Tire pressure and wear inspection
- Wheel true check
- Bolt torque check across the bike
- Full safety inspection
- Frame wipe-down
Best for: a bike that's running, but not running right.
Full Overhaul
Complete tear-down and rebuild. Everything in the tune-up, plus the work that only happens with the bike in pieces.
- Complete disassembly of the frame
- Deep clean of frame, drivetrain and components
- Bearing service: hubs, bottom bracket, headset
- Full cable and housing replacement
- Chain wear measurement, replaced if needed
- Wheel truing and spoke tension balance
- Full reassembly and road test
Best for: a bike ridden hard for a season, stored for a year, bought used, or about to start a training block.

Road, gravel, mountain, triathlon and e-bikes — Trek, Specialized, Canyon, Giant, Cervélo, Pinarello, BMC, Cannondale, Scott and everything else. Bikes bought online are welcome, and so are the ones from the shop down the street. We're an authorized dealer for ENVE Composites, Argon 18, Ventum and Scicon, so high-end components are what we work on daily.
